Almost 500 children from the LDCSB
participated in this year's Heritage Fair initiative and 40 of our
students progressed to the Regional Heritage Fair held at Pioneer
Village on May 12. Students enjoyed a day of fun activities at the
Village while their projects were being judged.
At the Regional Fair 15 of our students won
awards. (click HERE for the details)
St. Robert has a great deal to be proud of as 3 out of 5 of our
students won major awards and the other 2 were finalists in their
categories.
All of the winning students attended an
Awards Ceremony on June 3rd at Museum London where they were
recognized for their outstanding accomplishments.
Congratulations to all of the students and
to their teachers for creating such an authentic, differentiated and
exciting learning experience!

On
February 1 the new Keeping Our Kids Safe at School Act (Bill
157) came into force. This legislation supports the London District
Catholic School Board's belief that all members of our school
community - staff, students, parents, and community agencies - have
a role to play in making our schools a safe place in which to learn.
Find out what's being done to keep our kids
safe and what parents should know. Click on the Bulletin Board
on the LDCSB front page.
