Celebrating Our Retirees!

 

Wednesday evening was a  time for laughter, shared memories and reminiscing, when thirty-three retiring LDCSB employees gathered to celebrate their careers in Catholic education. The evening was held at the Four Points Sheraton and each employee was honoured and personally thanked for their service.  Trustee Loren Demelo called it a bittersweet occasion and said it is always difficult to say goodbye. "You know that we view you as members of our extended family - and to look forward to trying to accomplish all of the things you have done for all of us only this time, without you," she said.
