Wednesday evening saw the secondary school graduation of 76 adult students from the Adult and Continuing Education Program at the Centre for Lifelong Learning. It was held at John Paul II Catholic Secondary School and our distinguished guests included Mr. Mark Weaver, Assistant Superintendent of Business, LDCSB; Ms Mary-Lou Van Berkel, Vice Chair, London District Catholic School Council; Gerry Treble, Education Officer, London Regional Office, Ministry of Education; and Ms Gina Barber, Councillor, City of London. The graduates selected Mrs. Bonnie Martin as their valedictorian and she addressed the theme of "New Beginnings". Congratulations to all of our graduates, some of whom have been with us through the ESL Program and then through the Secondary Credit Program. This is just another way that the London District Catholic School Board lives out its Mission Statement and serves the wider London community for the benefit of all.. Patrick Campus
