Report Card Comments

Instructions for Use

Each of the following documents can be saved for use on your school or home computer:

1.	Clicking on the blue files linked in the Comment Bank below will allow you to download subject and grade specific comments in .docx format. (eSIS replacement characters have been added.)
2.	To save these documents to a known folder (e.g., your desktop), right click (CTRL+Click on Mac) on each file and specify the download or save target as option.
3.	To transfer comments from the bank to eSIS, highlight the comment in the Word file - Hold down Control + C (to copy) - Click on the eSIS window - Click into the Comment Book Transfer text area. Hold down Contol + V (to paste). Note: Right click does not work in this area. Choose either Transfer - Append or Transfer - Overwrite. When the comments are transferred to the individual student's report, the replacement characters will be switched to personalized information for that student.
Note:	The Science and Technology comments below are based on the 1998 curriculum document. Revised Science and Technology comments are currently being developed to align with the revised curriculum document, published in April 2008.
Note:	French and Arts comments will be available after the publication of the revised curriculum documents.
