Goals

We have targeted the following areas as part of our mandate:

To identify issues and solve problems that affect gifted students and their teachers.
To provide a forum of networking and sharing of ideas and information among boards, universities and other agencies who work with gifted students.
To liaise with other groups with the intent of improving gifted education and/or increasing opportunities for the gifted in our region at reduced costs for participaiting boards.
To enhance partnerships among school boards and other agencies.
To provide ongoing in-service as identified by the membership that will aid in the carrying out of their responsibilities.
