A: A course prerequisite is a course that must be taken prior to another course. For example; the prerequisite to ENG2P is either ENG 1P or ENG 1D. Q: What does it mean when it says there are no prerequisites, but tha Read More Course Changes For course changes at the start of the semester fill out the form and return it to guidance. Be sure that the form is complete with signatures in order for processing. Course changes made at the beginning of the semester are disruptive for both students and teachers. Acceptable reasons for course changes are: 1. Failure of pre-requisite 2. Change of post- secondary plans 3. Completion of summer school course. Any student wishing to drop a co-op course must meet with co-op teacher prior to coming to guidance. Graduation Requirements 1. 40 hours comm. service 2. literacy test 3. please see counsellor to review your records Transcript Request Form Students wanting a copy of their transcript should print the form and return it to the guidance secretary by fax (519) 245-7693, mail, or in person. If an official transcript is required for education or employment please indicate this so that the transcript can be officially sealed in an envelope. The cost of the transcipts is $5. Transcripts can be picked up in the guidance office. They will not be mailed for you/ to you. Download the attached file and complete it. Retirement Form Students who are not returning to Holy Cross in September must fill out a retirement form. Please print the form and return it to HCC once filled out via mail, fax, or in person. Students wishing to retire during the school year must do so in person in the guidance office.
