Students must select courses on line this year. They can do this by visiting the Student Resources section of the board site. From there, students can click on the Course Planner Log in, and log in according to directions .

For access to course descriptions follow the above directions, after selecting Resources you can scroll down to find the HCC course calender.

Once students have completed their course selections they must:
1. Submit them on line between Feb 10 - 17.
2. Print off their course choice form and have it signed by a parent
3. Return this to their homeroom teacher before Feb 17th along with their demographic form, $50 student fee, and signed Internet Permission Agreement form

Transcript Request Form
Students who would like to order an official transcript should contact Mrs. Pinheiro in the guidance office. If an official transcript is required for education or employment please indicate this when you request the transcript so that the transcript can be officially sealed in an envelope. The cost of the transcipts is $5. Transcripts can be picked up in the guidance office. They will not be mailed for you/ to you.

Retirement Form Students who are not returning to Holy Cross in September must fill out a retirement form. Please print the form and return it to HCC once filled out via mail, fax, or in person. Students wishing to retire during the school year must do so in person in the guidance office.

Career Cruising passwords: Student passwords for career cruising are the same as last year. If you have forgotten your password you need to indicate that on the course planner log in page. Once you indicate this an automatic email will be sent to your student email address and you can reset your password.

How do students access their student email?

• all students have access to board sponsored email at live.ca
• their username is their 6 digit pupil number followed by @365.ldcsb.on.ca
for example: 123456@365.ldcsb.on.ca
• the initial password for this email is their home phone number
• after initial log in students should change their password
• this email can be accessed both at home and at school
• this email account is where students can retrieve their password for Career Cruising/ Course Planner
