Application forms for semester 2 parking passes are available from Mrs LeBlanc in the main office. Completed application forms are due Monday morning. If you had parking privileges in first semester, you will need to hand in your parking tag even if you are re-applying for second semester. Students will get their $10 deposit back when they hand in their parking pass.

Next Tuesday is Valentine's Day. To recognize this day, we are supporting a dress down day. For a contribution of $2, you can wear red, pink, and white for the day. Proceeds will be going to our girls school in Kenya. We have almost reached our goal, so this is a good way to donate the remainder we need.

Hey jags, it's February and that means that love is in the air but things took a different turn at JPII. That's right, this month to raise money for the Heart and Stroke Foundation, student council is introducing JPII's Ultimate Gender Defender Competition. Boys against girls raising money and points to determine the superior gender of 2012. Every Friday this month, student council members will be making homeroom visits to receive donations from competing genders. These donations also count as points. Students also have the opportunity to raise points for their gender by participating in next week's lunchtime activities. So bring your passions jags and lets raise some money for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
The intramural girls soccer league is open to all female soccer players no matter what your ability is. You even get to request to have your friend on your team. Pick up a registration form in the main office or in the guidance office.
The boys basketball teams play today against Holy Cross. Come out and support your jags.
