The Vanderhoek family would like to thank all the staff and families in the St. Mark's Community for their support of the fundraiser in our daughter Kaitlin's memory.  The school raised over $1000.00 that has been donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada to help work towards a cure for this terrible disease.   Cancer begins with the transformation of a single cell and we have yet to understand why.  With your donations we will move closer to understanding this disease.  I know that Kaitlin is proud of all of us!
