Guidance
The focus of the Guidance program is on personal, educational and career development. The delivery of the program involves instructional units to both small and large groups, and individual counseling sessions. These sessions cover a wide range of topics from study skills, goal-setting, career exploration and decision-making to resume writing and job search techniques.

Chaplain

The role of the Chaplain at St. Joseph's is to provide opportunities for spiritual growth in our community. The Chaplain is available in an office located beside the Chapel, to serve as a listening ear in a safe, confidential place for students and staff. Our Chaplain offers programs for students to help them deal with various issues, and sponsors outreach programs such as food drives and other fundraising activities, to raise awareness and contribute to helping others both inside and outside of our school community.

Social Worker

Social work counseling services are offered at St. Joseph's. Students who are experiencing high level of anxiety as a result of emotional, social or family difficulties may be referred. Counseling services include individual, family and group work treatment for students and their families as well as referral and consultation services with various community and mental health agencies.

The school social worker for St. Joseph's is Mr. Maurice Brennan 675-4434 Ext. 26047. Mr.Brennan is in his office on Thursday's and Friday's all day.
