YEAR END ART SHOW
One of the final projects of the Grade Twelve Art course is to organize and run a year end art show in the community. Most often housed at the Arts Project, opening night features music, food and an opportunity to meet the artists. Art from all grade levels is displayed at this exhibit.
ART FIELD TRIPS
The senior art classes have an annual trip, usually to the Art Gallery of Ontario in Toronto, where the students have the opportunity to view the current exhibits of professional art from throughout history. We have also travelled to New York City and plans are underway for a 10 day European trip to Italy and Greece in March of 2009. For further details, see Mr. De Serrano in Rm. 172, the Art room.
