STUDENT SAFETY AND WELFARE – PROTECTION OF ANAPHYLACTIC STUDENTS

The London District Catholic School Board is committed to the safety and well being of all students. It recognizes the importance that those students with life-threatening and severe allergies need a safe environment in which to learn and have a right to participate fully in opportunities to share the school experience that all children enjoy.

In order to ensure that schools are safe places for those with life-threatening and severe allergies the Board empowers the Director of Education to create detailed regulations and procedures to comply with Bill 3 – Sabrina’s Law – An Act to Protect Anaphylactic Pupils.
